How To Get and Install The Ribbon Plug-In For Your Self-Hosted WordPress Blog
I got it in the plug-in “add new” section of my wordpress back-office area. Just type in “sopa ribbon” in the plug-in search box (make sure you’re not in the install section, go to the add new section and then search).
